Proposed Reclassification of Recreation Reserve (Ngaruroro Avenue Reserve)
Hastings District Council proposes to reclassify the land described below, from Recreation Reserve to Local Purpose (Public Utility) Reserve.
Schedule of Land:
373m2 and 347m2 more or less (two separate parts - including the existing water infrastructure that occupies 200m2 more or less), being part of Lot 8 Deposited Plan 492123 (4702m2).
The land in the Schedule has been identified as being required for the construction of a new drinking water facility, servicing Whakatū. To achieve this the land needs to be reclassified.
Submissions must be received by 4 pm, Friday 19 November 2021.
