Hastings District Council is proposing to undertake significant road reconstruction and infrastructure renewal works along the full length of Warwick Road (from Karamu Road up to the railway lines) between September 2020 and June 2021. The works are intended to reduce long-term maintenance costs as well as enhance the streetscape, including tree planting, so the community has a street they enjoy.
As owners and occupiers of properties on or next to Warwick Road, your input into the design process is very important to help us to get the best outcome for this project and the residents of Warwick Road.
Once all the feedback has been collated, we will notify residents of any significant changes to the proposed works, along with an update of proposed construction dates and the details of key staff who you can contact during the construction works if you have any issues.
