Private Plan Change 8 to the Hastings District Plan
In accordance with Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Hastings District Council gives notice that a summary of submissions on private plan change 8 (as identified below) is now available and further submissions on these original submissions can be made.
Plan Change 8 – Earthworks Exemption for Hawke’s Bay Regional Council River Control Works
Copies of all submissions received, and the summary of the decisions requested by persons making submissions on Plan Change 8 are available for inspection below.
