Kerbside Rubbish and Recycling Satisfaction Survey

Tell us about your kerbside rubbish and recycling experience

In the first three months of our new kerbside services, we’ve lifted a lot of bins and emptied even more crates!

Rubbish – 179,144 bins were lifted, collecting 1,629 tonnes of waste.
Recycling – 350,723 crates were collected. That’s 128.17 tons of plastic and cans, 271.53 tons of paper and cardboard, and 538.79 tons of glass diverted from landfill.

Thank you for your amazing efforts Hastings!

It has been fantastic to see our residents adapt to the new services.

We’re keen to hear your thoughts on how the changeover went. This is your chance to remind us where we did well … and not so well, to make sure we’re constantly improving our services for you.

We’d appreciate you completing this quick survey.

Everyone who provides feedback with an email address will go into the draw for an Eco Kiosk hamper of environmentally friendly cleaning products.
