Heretaunga Street East 200 block

The Heretaunga Street East 200 block - has been selected to be part of a NZTA Waka Kotahi 'Innovating Streets for People' pilot. The programme aims to make it faster and easier to transition our streets into safer and more ‘liveable’ (supports a good quality of life) spaces.

The specific area the trial will take place is the Heretaunga East 200 block. The trial changes will be informed through co-design workshops and information from this survey. From March 2021 the short-term design outcomes will be implemented and studied to then help inform the longer term plan for the Heretaunga Street East 200 block, with the goal to make this area more people friendly.

We would like to hear your thoughts on the area so we can understand how to make the Heretaunga Street East 200 block a more liveable space for our community.

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete and all entrants will be in the draw to WIN 1 of 2 $100 vouchers to use at your favourite East 200 block venue.
