Hastings District Council Multicultural Strategy – 2020-2025

Hastings is a multicultural district and it is becoming increasingly culturally diverse. As a Council we have a responsibility to ensure our services are accessible to all and that everyone can fully take part in all forms of civil participation and democracy. This draft Strategy is a commitment by the Hastings District Council to meet our responsibilities and provide support for our diverse community and its different cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds.
We want to know what the community thinks about this Strategy – its vision, goals and planned actions.

A finalised draft of the Strategy will take into account the feedback from the community and ideas for action will be captured for future implementation.

We want to hear your ideas to help us make “Hastings District an inclusive, welcoming community where everyone belongs”. Please take this opportunity to have your say.
