Welcome to the 2020/21 Draft Annual Plan
This plan outlines variations to Year Three of the Long Term Plan (for the 2020/21 year) with the proposed areas of focus, service levels and work programme for the coming year, and the cost to the community.
A summary of the plan (the consultation document) along with the Annual Plan supporting information is available below. It also contains an amendment to the Revenue and Financing Policy in respect of fees and charges for building and resource consents.

Development Contributions Policy
This policy, which outlines how the cost of growth is recovered through development contribution, has had minor changes to the schedule of charges and is available below.
